As a lessee of the Silverdale Borough Building and Al Reese park facilities, I understand I must be present on the premises throughout the rental date.

I further understand that as a public park, although my rental includes the use of Al Reese Park, I may not stop the public from using the Park.

I understand the use of alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances is strictly prohibited in the Silverdale Borough Building and on the Al Reese Park facilities.

I agree to remove all trash and litter at the conclusion of my event, and I understand if the facilities are left in a less than acceptable condition, a portion, or the entirety of the deposit will be forfeited by the lessee to reimburse Silverdale Borough for the cost of cleaning and/or repairs.

I have read and understand all the regulations governing the use of the Building and Park facilities and will accept responsibility for the adherence to those regulations. I further understand that failure to abide by these regulations may result in legal actions against me and any and all responsible parties, and revocation of any and all future rental privileges.
