Your guide to permits
Welcome to the Silverdale Borough permits page. Here you can find and download the applications you need. We're here to help you through the process. If you are a contractor and are performing work within the Borough, proof of insurance must be provided to the Borough office along with License number. Silverdale Borough utilizes Code Inspections, Inc. as its Code official. For all permits, the applications must be submitted to the Borough Office before proceeding. Inspections for projects once approved will be provided by Code Inspections, Inc.

Building permits
Planning a construction project? Download the building permit application here. Please note that all applicants must follow the Directive from the Bucks County Conservation District, District Policy. You can download and print below.

Peddlers permits
Please come into the Borough office to request the peddler's permit fee and approval. You must show identification and proof of insurance.
Road Opening Permit
A road opening permit grants legal authorization to excavate, cut or modify a public roadway, ensuring compliance with safety and municipal regulations. This is required when construction, utility installation, or maintenance involves opening or disturbing a road.
The permit assures that the work is performed safely and satisfactory to local, state and federal regulations. All permits must be approved by the Borough Engineer and all work inspected by the Borough engineer.
